About this Kawasaki
The Ninja 650 mixes useable power with all-day comfort, full fairing protection and Kawasaki's bulletproof 649cc parallel-twin.
Rented from our Rawai base, the Kawasaki Ninja 650 is a sport / supersport with a 649cc engine producing 68 hp @ 8,000 rpm. It returns around 23 km/L, so a single tank goes a long way between Phuket's beaches, viewpoints and night markets.
It is ideal for riders who want a sport bike they can ride every day. Every BikesPhuket bike is fully serviced, sanitised and supplied with two helmets, basic insurance and free delivery to your hotel. Pay by the day, week or month - the longer you ride, the more you save.
Where to Ride the Kawasaki Ninja 650 in Phuket
Phuket's smooth southern loops give the Kawasaki Ninja 650 room to breathe - short straights, banked corners and enough elevation change to keep things interesting. Ride early (06:30-08:30) for empty roads and cool air.
Naithon coastal twisties: the 4-km stretch between Naithon and Layan is the closest thing Phuket has to a racetrack corner sequence.
Promthep Cape sunset run: ride the coastal road through Rawai fishing village and time your arrival 30 minutes before sunset.
Collect the bike at our Patong office or get free delivery to your hotel anywhere between Patong, Kata, Karon, Rawai, Phuket Town and Chalong.

Rental FAQs
How old do I need to be and what documents are required to rent the Kawasaki Ninja 650?
You must be at least 18. Please bring your passport and a valid driving licence - ideally an International Driving Permit endorsed for motorcycles. We hold either a passport copy or a refundable cash/card deposit for the duration of the rental.
Do I legally need a motorcycle licence to ride in Thailand?
Yes. Thai law requires a motorcycle licence or an IDP with the motorcycle category. Police checkpoints are common around Phuket, and your travel insurance may not be valid without the correct licence. A helmet is compulsory for both rider and passenger.
Are helmets and insurance included with the Kawasaki Ninja 650?
Every rental includes two helmets and basic third-party insurance at no extra cost. Optional full damage cover is available, which lowers both your excess and the security deposit. Just ask us when you book.
Can you deliver the Kawasaki Ninja 650 to my hotel?
Yes - we offer free delivery and collection within Rawai. Delivery to the airport or other beaches across the island is available for a small fee. Send us your hotel name and rental dates and we will bring the bike to you, fuelled and sanitised.
What is the fuel and damage policy?
The Kawasaki Ninja 650 comes with enough fuel to reach a station; please return it with a similar level. A refundable security deposit of ฿20,000 applies and is returned in full when the bike is handed back undamaged.
